Rob has worked on enterprise communication tools since 1991. Rob's work includes inventing and commercializing what became the Blackberry Enterprise Server: the most widely-deployed enterprise mobile communications model in the world.
Rob developed the prototype for what became the car2go car sharing service, including signing rental car companies National, Alamo, & Avis to pilot licensing agreements.
Microsoft was Rob's primary technology partner.
betboard is a "whiteboard" for sports bettors who bet online. betboard gives each sports bettor their own customized planning tool, including AI-driven hedging based on the individual's betting patterns.
Rob created the first video clip aggregation website, seasonticket.com. Acquired by Onecast Media, seasonticket was the world's first site where you could search for and watch video clips on the web.
CNN was Rob's production partner prior to the acquisition.
Rob joined Christian Cotichini's firm, MAKE Technologies (acquired by Dell in 2012), when it was just a 6 person shop. Rob served as VP of Business Development & COO for three years, while MAKE grew into an enterprise applications conversion consultancy & Java code tool maker.
Rob began his career with Mobile Computing Corp, back in 1991, as a systems analyst. Putting computers on garbage trucks and oil trucks, and networking the trucks back to their dispatch offices included creating a precursor to wifi, and moving data over large wireless networks when cell phones were analogue.
